The Alien Hunter Damascus Knife Kit delivers bold design and high-performance potential in a full tang blade format. Crafted in the USA from premium carbon steel Damascus, this fixed blade blank offers a distinct, aggressive profile that’s built for custom finishing. With its striking silhouette and ample size, the Alien Hunter is ideal for makers looking to create a standout knife with custom handle work and unique styling.

The blade measures 5.625 inches in length, with a total knife length of 10.75 inches. At 1.50 inches wide and hollow-ground on both sides, this blade provides solid cutting performance and visual presence. The tang features three 0.125-inch through-holes for handle construction, and stainless steel pinstock is included to get you started. These holes can easily be modified to work with larger pinstock or threaded fasteners, giving builders added flexibility.

Built from a 416-layer Damascus configuration using 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15n20 steels, and folded five times, the Alien Hunter balances pattern depth with performance. Heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 56–58 RC, it’s made to hold an edge and handle demanding tasks, whether for outdoor use or display.
